Anders Frederik Steen Si J’tais un Oiseau 2019

Si J’tais un Oiseau 2019 is a natural white wine made by Anders Frederik Steen and Anne Bruun Blauert, a Danish couple based in Valvignres in the southern Ardche. It is a blend of Pinot Gris and Gewrztraminer from organically certified grapes grown by the Bannwarth family in Obermorschwihr, Alsace. The wine was aged for five and a half years in casks without topping up, producing an oxidative style.
