No matter what the occasion is, we got you covered! Price for Canopy is for a daily rental period. Therefore, please select delivery and pickup times accordingly. Select a delivery time at least 2 hours before your event start time to allow for setup. Otherwise, have Canopy delivered a day prior. Rentals will be picked up the morning after the event. Next morning pickups are done between 8am and 12pm. Pick ups requested after 12:00 pm on the following day, incur an additional daily rental charge. Same day pickup (Same Day Option) is available on events where the customer or location access is not available the day after the event. This adds an additional fee. It is the customers responsibility to measure the setup location to make sure rented products will fit in the desired set up location. Cancellations must be done within 72 hours before the rental date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount applies. Exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy or Inclement weather days. Therefore, please check Weather Policy for more information. Maximum 20 Stairs allowed to the setup location.
